FAMOUS GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

These gluten free chocolate chip cookies are crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, buttery and perfectly sweet.

Ingredients:

Salted butter

Light brown sugar

Granulated sugar

Egg

GF All-purpose flour

Pure vanilla extract

Baking soda

Baking powder

Chocolate chips

These gluten free cookies are easy to make and don’t require chilling! They are the best and no one can even tell they’re gluten-free!

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl with a hand-held mixer, beat together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar on medium-high speed until light and fluffy – about 1 minute.
