AMAZING SPAGHETTI SQUASH MAC AND CHEESE

This easy spaghetti squash mac and cheese recipe is low-carb and keto-friendly!

Ingredients:

Spaghetti squash

Fine sea salt

Olive oil

Salted butter

All-purpose flour

Garlic powder

Whole milk

Cheddar cheese

It’s creamy, cheesy and delicious!

The first step in this recipe is to roast the spaghetti squash. Cut each squash into two equal halves lengthwise.

Spray or brush the inside of each half wiht olive oil then sprinkle the the squash with garlic powder, sea salt and pepper.

After coating the inside with oil & spices, flip the spaghetti squash halves over so they are face-down in a large baking sheet.
