EASY BALSAMIC ROASTED VEGETABLES

These simple Balsamic Roasted Vegetables are healthy and delicious!

Ingredients:

Sweet potatoes

Red pepper

Green pepper

Olive oil

Garlic salt

Broccoli

Balsamic vinegar

Eat them on top of a salad or as a healthy & delicious side dish.

Roast the sweet potatoes until they just barely begin to brown, stirring once halfway through.
