BALSAMIC SLOW COOKER POT ROAST 

This Balsamic Slow Cooker Pot Roast is an easy, healthy make-ahead main dish recipe that takes 5 minutes of prep time.

Ingredients:

Chuck Roast

Balsamic Vinegar

Garlic Powder

Beef broth

Honey

Black Pepper

It's healthy (Paleo, keto, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.), and can be prepared and cooked overnight in the slow cooker.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a medium bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard and beef broth. Set aside.

Coat the roast in 1 TBS olive oil (I spread it around with my hands). Set in your slow cooker.
