CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE CAKE RECIPE

This chocolate chip cookie cake recipe is soft, chewy, slightly doughy and decorated with the best chocolate buttercream frosting.

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour

Sea salt

Baking soda

Granulated sugar

Light brown sugar

Salted butter

Pure vanilla extract

To begin, combine flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl, then set it aside.

In the bowl of a standing mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, or in a large bowl using a hand-held mixer, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (1-2 minutes).
