CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE PIE

This chocolate chip cookie pie is essentially a large, gooey chocolate chip cookie served in a buttery pie crust.

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour

Granulated sugar

Salt

Ice water

Eggs

Salted butter

Light brown sugar

Vanilla extract

Chocolate chips

Also known as toll house pie, it’s best served warm with vanilla ice cream!

Begin by combining flour, salt and sugar in the container of a food processor fitted with the “S” blade, pulse to combine.

Then, add the butter and ice water and process until the ingredients start to stick together.
