CINNAMON ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH 

This roasted butternut squash recipe is a healthy fall side dish that’s easy to make with only 6 ingredients!

Ingredients:

Butternut squash

Oil

Butter

Ground cinnamon

Salt

Maple syrup

Baked butternut squash is slightly sweet, creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside with a touch of cinnamon.

Peel, deseed and dice a butternut squash, cutting it into about 1” cubes.

Place butternut squash cubes in a large bowl. Drizzle melted butter and olive oil over the butternut squash, stir until squash cubes are evenly coated.

Sprinkle cinnamon and sea salt over the squash, stir until ingredients are evenly distributed.
