DELICIOUS PUMPKIN OVERNIGHT OATS

Pumpkin overnight oats are a delicious fall breakfast. They are made with 8 ingredients in 5 minutes and then refrigerated overnight so you have a quick grab-and-go breakfast that’s nutritious.

Ingredients:

Vanilla Greek yogurt

Maple syrup

Pumpkin puree

Milk

Old-fashioned oatmeal

Pure vanilla extract

Pumpkin pie spice

Cinnamon

Sea salt

Store/freeze

These pumpkin overnight oats last for up to 5 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to 2 months.

To begin, whisk together yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and vanilla in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth.

Next, add the milk and whisk until the mixture is smooth.

Once the mixture is smooth, add the oatmeal, sea salt, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon and stir until mixture is uniform throughout.
