Quick-cooking oats

Baking powder

Almond meal

Maple syrup

Ground cinnamon

This Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal is a great breakfast to make ahead the night before! Simply warm it in the morning as you brew a warm cup of coffee and then relax and enjoy!

Add chopped apples to a small, microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
