GREEK YOGURT SMOOTHIE

This healthy greek yogurt smoothie recipe is an easy, protein-packed smoothie perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients:

Milk

Berries

Greek yogurt

Honey

Spinach

Banana

Smoothies have always been my go to during busy or stressful times in life, pregnancy, postpartum, new job, etc. They are my go-to when I need a nourishing meal or snack, fast.

Begin by putting the ingredients in the order listed in the container of a Vitamix (or another high-powered blender).

Then, blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high for 40-60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.

Once you have finished blending, pour the greek yogurt smoothie into 1 to 4 glasses.
