HEALTHY MATCHA LATTE

This collagen matcha latte recipe is made with only 4 ingredients in 5 minutes! It’s a low calorie, high protein drink that’s dairy-free, refined sugar free, & paleo.

Ingredients:

Coconut almond milk

Raw honey

Matcha green tea powder

Collagen powder

This collagen matcha latte is a go-to for me on the afternoons when I need some fuel to motivate me to keep on keeping on and doing the rest of the necessary tasks for the day, like making dinner.

Place all ingredients in the container of your Vitamix blender.

Blend starting on low speed and increasing to high for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is warm.

After two minutes, turn off the machine, carefully remove lid (because warm steam will come pouring out) and pour into your favorite mug.
