MILLIONAIRE SHORTBREAD RECIPE

Buttery shortbread, smooth caramel and a layer of chocolate come together to make the most delicious caramel shortbread recipe ever.

Ingredients:

Egg Yolk

Condensed Milk

Corn Syrup

Vanilla

Flour

Sugar

This caramel shortbread is a great bar to feed a crowd or to include on your Christmas cookie tray.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees °F. Line a 9x13” baking pan with parchment paper and grease.

In the bowl of a standing mixer, or in a large bowl with a hand-held mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light.
