These Peanut Butter Waffles are gluten-free, grain-free and ready in 10 minutes!

Ingredients:

Creamy Peanut Butter

Honey

Coconut Oil

Vanilla Almond Milk

Vanilla Extract

Eggs

Sea salt

Baking soda

Mini chocolate chips

An easy, healthy breakfast recipe that tastes JUST like a flourless peanut butter cookie but no oven required!

In a small bowl, mix together the sea salt, baking soda and coconut flour. Set aside.

Add the peanut butter, coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup) to a large, microwave safe bowl and warm in the microwave on high for 30-60 seconds and stir until the mixture is smooth.

Add the eggs to the wet mixture and whisk until combined.
