TOFFEE COOKIES

These toffee cookies have chewy edges, soft centers and bits of toffee in every bite.

Ingredients:

Salted butter

Brown sugar

White sugar

Egg

All-purpose flour

Vanilla extract

Baking powder

Toffee bits

Milk chocolate chips

They’re easy to make and don’t require chilling!

Begin by combining the baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt in a medium bowl, then set the dry ingredients aside.

Beat together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.

Then, add the egg and vanilla and beat for an additional 1 minute.
