WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT COOKIES

These White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies are crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, buttery and sweet.

Ingredients:

Salted butter

Light brown sugar

White sugar

Egg

All-purpose flour

Pure vanilla extract

Baking soda

Baking powder

Macadamia nuts

They’re easy to make (no chilling), and are better than your favorite bakery!

Begin by combining the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt in a medium bowl, then set the dry ingredients aside.

Then, beat the butter, white sugar and brown sugar together either in a standing mixer or in a large bowl with a handheld mixer.
