Add 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, and sea salt and knead with a dough hook. Add more flour ½ cup at a time until slightly sticky ball forms.
Lightly grease a large bowl, put the dough inside, and cover with a damp cloth. Put it in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
