  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut almond milk {or coconut milk}
  • ½ tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 TBS raw honey
  • 1-2 scoops Vital Proteins unflavored collagen powder 2 scoops yields a VERY frothy latte! If you don't like lots of froth stick with 1 scoop!


  • Place all ingredients in the container of your Vitamix blender.
  • Blend starting on low speed and increasing to high for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is warm.
  • After two minutes, turn off the machine, carefully remove lid (because warm steam will come pouring out) and pour into your favorite mug.
  • Cozy up and enjoy!
