This Blueberry Citrus Smoothie is made with only 7 ingredients and is ready in under 5 minutes! This immune boosting smoothie is full of antioxidants, leafy greens and Vitamin C! It's gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and paleo, making it an amazing breakfast or snack!
Add ingredients in the order listed to your Vitamix (or other high-powered blender).
Start blending on low speed and gradually increase to high.
Blend on high for 50-70 seconds or until all the ingredients are incorporated and your mixture is smooth.
Pour into cups and serve immediately!

Ingredient Substitutions
Protein powder: Choose your favorite vanilla, plant-based protein powder. I highly recommend Orgain. If you'd prefer not to use protein powder you can add chia seeds, hemp seeds, or ground flaxseed for a little added protein and fiber!
Almond Milk: Use any milk of your choice, dairy-free or regular dairy milk both work well.
Fruit: use your favorite berries or citrus fruit to make this green smoothie recipe your own.
