This Homemade Chia Pudding Finger Paint is edible fun for kids of all ages! It’s a great activity when you’re stuck inside on a cold or rainy day, and is made with natural, nutritious ingredients!
Put all of the ingredients in the order listed into the container of your Vitamix.
Blend starting on low speed and gradually increasing to high, until the mixture is smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender and continue blending!
Once mixture is smooth, pour it into a large bowl and set aside.
Making Colors:
Measure out ½ cup of the vanilla chia pudding base and pour it into a small blending cup or blending bowl.
Blend starting at low speed, gradually increasing to high, until the mixture is smooth.
Add ¼ cup of the fruit/vegetable of your choice.
Close the blending cup/bowl and place it on the blender base.
Remove and transfer to jars or muffin tins (I like to put one color in each well of a muffin tin)!
Give your kids blank pieces of paper and let them have fun!
Repeat with remaining colors.
Put the chia pudding finger paints in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
