This healthy peach smoothie recipe is a delicious way to enjoy fresh summer peaches. This banana peach smoothie is made with 7 ingredients in 5 minutes. It's a delicious breakfast or snack.
Put ingredients into the container of a Vitamix blender in the order listed.
Start blending on low speed and increase to high.
Blend on high speed for 50-60 seconds until mixture is smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Ingredient Substitutions
Milk. I suggest whole milk for the creamiest version, but any milk works well. 2%, almond milk, coconut milk, etc.
Greek yogurt. I suggest a full-fat yogurt such as a plain or vanilla Greek yogurt, or a plain or vanilla Icelandic yogurt.
Honey. maple syrup is a good substitute for honey.
Vanilla extract. you can use vanilla bean paste or omit if desired. However, if you're going for a peaches and cream flavor definitely use vanilla!
Frozen Peaches. you can use fresh summer peaches that have been sliced and frozen (preference), or store-bought frozen peaches. I suggest making sure they're frozen to your smoothie is thick and cold like a milkshake!
Frozen Banana. Adding frozen banana to smoothies is my favorite way to sweeten a recipe as well as give the smoothie a creamy texture. Using frozen banana means that you don't need to add ice to make it thick and cold.
Cinnamon. I love the flavor of cinnamon in this smoothie, if desired you can omit it.
Store/FreezeYou can store this banana peach smoothie in a glass jar with a lid for up to 1 day in the refrigerator or 1 month in the freezer. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
