HEALTHY VEGAN BAKED BEANS

These Healthy Vegan Baked Beans with Pineapple are the perfect side dish for your summer BBQ. They are gluten-free and refined sugar free! Kid friendly and husband approved!

Ingredients:

Great northern beans

Tomato sauce

Pineapple

Coconut sugar

Molasses

Dijon mustard

These Healthy Vegan Baked Beans with Pineapple are one of my favorite side dishes to make. They may not look pretty  but they sure taste delicious!

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 2 or 3-quart baking dish with nonstick spray.

Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl and pour into the baking dish.

Bake covered for 1 hour.
