15 oz cans of great northern beans, rinsed and drained (about 3 cups)

crushed pineapple
canned or fresh

can tomato sauce

molasses

coconut sugar

Dijon mustard

garlic powder

onion powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 2 or 3-quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl and pour into the baking dish.
Bake covered for 1 hour.
Remove the cover and bake an additional hour, stirring occasionally.
You can continue baking for up to one more hour, depending on how thick you would like your consistency to be.
Let sit for 20 minutes before serving!
Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days!
