This thick and creamy banana peanut butter smoothie is made with 5 ingredients in 5 minutes. Flavored with vanilla and cinnamon, it's a delicious healthy breakfast or afternoon snack! Add greens and protein powder if you'd like to add extra nutrition!
Place the ingredients in the order listed in the container of a Vitamix blender (or another high-powered blender).
Blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high, for 30-60 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
Serve immediately.

Milk. Any type of milk works well in this recipe. Some suggestions include: whole milk, 2% milk, almond milk, coconut milk and oat milk.
Creamy Peanut Butter. Choose your favorite variety. I prefer using natural peanut butter with two ingredients: peanuts and salt.
Greens: I suggest adding a cup of frozen spinach or kale to this peanut butter banana smoothie it will add nutrition without changing the flavor. Just note it will turn the smoothie green.
