Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Put a wire cooling rack on a large baking sheet.
Put brown sugar in a cup – “fluff” it and break it apart so it’s loose.
Press bacon into the brown sugar until it’s coated on both sides.
Lay bacon on the rack on a baking sheet, evenly spaced.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it’s crispy and done to your liking (baking times varies based on how thick your bacon is – for very thick bacon baking time will be longer than 30 minutes).

Ingredient Substitution Notes
Light brown sugar. for a bolder molasses flavor, use dark brown sugar.
12 ounces bacon. I suggest a medium to thick sliced bacon for the best results. Choose your favorite!
StoreI suggest storing this brown sugar bacon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop over low heat or in the oven set to warm. I don't recommend freezing.
