Coffee ice cubes are an easy way to make iced coffee, cold brew coffee, or coffee smoothies without diluting them with regular ice!

  • Pour 2 cups coffee into an ice cube tray.
  • Freeze for 6 hours or until completely frozen.
  • Use in coffee smoothies, cold brew coffee, iced coffee, etc.

Ingredients/Equipment
  • Brewed coffee. I use leftover brewed coffee or cold brew to make these. You can also make instant coffee and freeze it if you're short on time.
  • Ice cube tray. I have been using these silicone ice cube trays to make baby food and coffee ice cubes forever. I adore these because they have a firm rim and a lid, making them easy to transport and store.
Store/Freeze
Store the coffee ice cubes in an airtight container (I use a Stasher bag) in the freezer for up to 4 months.
Serve
I suggest using these coffee ice cubes in your favorite cold coffee beverages like iced coffee, cold brew coffee, coffee smoothies, iced lattes, etc.
