This easy cream cheese apple dip is made in less than 5 minutes with 5 ingredients. It tastes like caramel but with less sugar, making it a lighter dessert or snack perfect served with fresh apple slices!
Begin by beating cream cheese in a standing mixer fitted with the paddle attachment for 30 seconds.
Then, add the brown sugar and beat on high speed for 1 minute.
Pause and scrape down the sides after 1 minute, then beat for an additional one minute, or until the mixture is smooth.
Then, add vanilla, honey and sea salt and beat for another minute, until the sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth.
Serve immediately, or chill and serve with sliced apples later.
