Chop strawberries into ½” or ¼” pieces, then transfer them to a mixing bowl.
Stir in the strawberry jam. Set aside.
Put ¼ cup yogurt at the bottom of each jar.
Then add ¼ cup of the strawberry mixture on top of the yogurt, then 2 tablespoons granola on top of the strawberries.
Then, add an additional ¼ cup yogurt, an additional 1 heaping tablespoon of the strawberry mixture, 2 Tablespoons granola, and additional berries on top.
Secure the lid and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
Serve cold.

Ingredient Substitution Notes
Strawberries. The delicious fruit filling in the parfait is made of strawberries. Fresh is by far the best choice.
Strawberry jam. this is mixed with the diced strawberries. You can use any flavor you like such as apricot (delicious), raspberry, etc. I do suggest seedless jam for the best results.
Vanilla yogurt. We prefer a thick Icelandic or Greek yogurt, but you can choose your favorite variety and flavor.
Additional berries. We like to top our yogurt parfaits with additional berries. You can just use more strawberries or different berries like blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.
StoreStore the fruit and yogurt parfaits in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. I do not recommend freezing this recipe.
