Notes
Ingredient Substitution Notes
Greek yogurt.
I really don't recommend substitutions here. You can use full-fat (recommended) or lower fat yogurt with great results.
Feta cheese.
If you must, goat cheese is a good substitute for feta.
Garlic powder.
2 teaspoons of minced garlic works well in place of garlic powder.
Fresh dill.
Freeze-dried dill is a great substitute if you can't find fresh.
Green onions.
shallots or red onion both work well.
Kalamata olives.
these are quintessential greek olives and I don't recommend substitutions.
Store
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. I do not recommend freezing this recipe.
