Ingredient Notes
Spices. You can taste and adjust the spices to your liking. I suggest using organic spices for the best results.
Adjusting the heat. This is a very flavorful, but mild chili seasoning recipe. If you'd like to add heat, add cayenne pepper and more chili powder.
Sugar. you can leave this out of the mixture if you'd like, but I think it balances out the spices in chili very well and it does not make your chili taste sweet.
StoreStore the chili seasoning mix in a glass jar with a lid in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.I suggest writing down the earliest expiration date on the jar, so you know how long your seasoning will last.
