This rich and creamy strawberry smoothie recipe is made in 5 minutes with 6 ingredients including greek yogurt, honey and lots of strawberries! It’s a high-protein, refreshing breakfast or snack perfect for busy days!
Place the ingredients in the order listed in the container of a Vitamix (or another high-powered blender).
Blend starting on low speed and increasing to high for 30-60 seconds or until the mixture is thick and smooth.
Pour into cups and serve immediately.

Milk. Almond milk, whole milk, and 2% milk are all great choices.
Honey. Maple syrup or agave work well in place of honey.
Strawberries. You can use fresh or frozen strawberries in this recipe – but I recommend frozen for the thickest, creamiest smoothie.
Vanilla Greek Yogurt. for the best flavor, use a vanilla yogurt. I use greek but Icelandic is also a good choice. If you use a plain yogurt (not vanilla flavored) you may just need to add more honey to achieve your desired sweetness.
Lemon juice. this adds a brightness to the smoothie - you can omit it if you prefer.
Vanilla extract. adds depth of flavor, but can be omitted.
