Put an 8 ounce log of goat cheese (or two 4 ounce logs) into a food processor fitted with the “S” blade. Pulse until the goat cheese is crumbled into medium pieces.
Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and minced garlic and process until smooth.
Then, add coriander, cumin, pepper and honey and process until combined.
Transfer the whipped goat cheese from the food processor to a serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with fresh herbs (if desired – parsley, basil, dill) and a drizzle of olive oil and serve with fresh veggies, pita bread, naan, crackers, etc.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Ingredient Substitutions
Goat cheese. I recommend using a log - not pre-crumbled cheese. Or, try this whipped feta dip!
Greek yogurt. sour cream is a good substitute for Greek yogurt.
Olive oil. avocado oil works great.
Lemon juice. freshly squeezed or bottled are both good choices.
Honey. I don't recommend substitutes for honey.
Minced garlic. If desired, substitute ½ teaspoon garlic powder for the minced garlic.
