This Oreo pie crust recipe is easy to make with three ingredients in five minutes! It's a delicious crust for all sorts of desserts like pies, cheesecakes, etc.
Put Oreo cookies in a food processor fitted with an “S” blade and process until they reach the texture of fine crumbs.
Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a large bowl.
Add the granulated sugar and melted butter and stir until the mixture clumps and the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Press the mixture into the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 9” round pie dish.
Bake for 8 minutes until slightly puffed.
Remove from oven and cool completely, then use in your favorite no-bake pie recipes.

Notes
If you use it for a cheesecake: Spread it into the bottom & up the sides of a cheesecake pan, fill with cheesecake filling and bake according to the recipe (such as chocolate cheesecake).No-Bake Oreo Crust: You do not have to bake this crust. You can, instead, freeze the assembled Oreo crust until hardened. Then spread your desired filling over the crust. I use this method when I make no-bake chocolate cheesecake.Ingredient Substitutions/Notes
