There isn’t a meal we make more often in our house than tacos, and this ground chicken taco recipe is a lightened version of our usual ground beef tacos.

It only takes 15 minutes to prepare ground chicken tacos and we always have the ingredients on hand (including this homemade taco seasoning) – making it a great go-to meal when I’m short on time.

Serve them with your favorite Mexican recipes like homemade guacamole, easy salsa, cilantro lime rice and refried black beans for a delicious taco night. Or, keep it simple and use store-bought toppings.
