Roasted Sweet Potatoes Recipe FAQS

Should you season sweet potatoes before or after roasting?

Season them before roasting so the flavors adhere to the oil and potatoes and make a flavorful crispy exterior.

Why are my roasted sweet potatoes not crispy?

Make sure to bake them in a single layer on the baking sheet to make them crispy and stir once during baking.

Should sweet potatoes be soaked before roasting?

You can soak the sweet potatoes in cold water then drain them, but it’s not necessary and I never do it!
