This orange blossom lemonade recipe was inspired by my favorite Lebanese restaurant.

We would travel almost two hours to dine at this establishment, and always ordered Lebanese lemonade. It’s a refreshing drink with lemon juice, honey and a touch of orange blossom water that makes it extra special.

  • Honey: you could use maple syrup, agave, or regular granulated sugar. If using sugar, you will need to heat it on the stovetop or blend it until the sugar dissolves.
  • Lemon juice: Use fresh or bottled lemon juice. If using bottled, make sure to use 100% pure lemon juice (preferably organic).
  • Orange blossom water: This is the secret ingredient in authentic Lebanese lemonade. I don’t recommend substitutes.

How to Make Orange Blossom Lemonade

This recipe is easy to make either in the blender or on the stovetop.

The only real tip I have for you is to begin by adding 3 cups of water, then taste and add more to your liking.

If you want to hurry the cooling process along, you can add ice instead of the last 1 cup of water.

Store/Serve

Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Serve chilled over ice with your favorite Mediterranean or barbecue recipes.
