Vegan Peanut Butter Frosting

If I had to choose one food to eat for the rest of my life, it would be peanut butter. No big surprise.  I currently have five (yes 5) open jars of peanut butter in my pantry. When my friend gave me this recipe for Vegan Peanut Butter Frosting I just about died. I usually like straight up peanut butter, no funny business. But this. This frosting is amazing. Black Bean Brownies

Sometimes I count dessert as part of my meal. Seriously. I plan how much I will consume based on the amount of dessert I feel like eating. That’s why I focus on making healthy sweets! They taste amazing and are packed with nutrients! Enter these black bean brownies. Being surrounded by people drains me, while alone time renews and refreshes me. The minute my sweet...

When I decided to start a blog I knew right away that this would be my very first post. These Peanut Butter Oatmeal Breakfast Bars have been my constant companion over the last 8 years. They gave me energy through my career as a high school chemistry teacher. They helped me grow all the necessary parts of our very first tiny little human…and the second…and the third. These bars sustained me as we moved across the country away form all our friends and family. Every night when my head hits the pillow and I close my eyes, I know...
