Here are a few food items you will always find in my pantry! This list includes things I use for baking and smoothie making!

I always have chocolate and vanilla protein powder on hand. Orgain is my favorite plant-based, organic powder. It’s made with amazing ingredients and is an excellent price! A great addition to these breakfast bars too!

I use this Amazing Grass Green Superfood in my lunch-time smoothies daily. I love everything about this powder!

Cocoa powder is another smoothie and baking staple I am sure to never run out of! Use it to make this, these, or these!

I put powdered peanut butter into my morning smoothie every day!

My three favorite unrefined sweeteners are:

1. Coconut Sugar ! I love the taste and texture of it!

2. Honey! No need to explain this one! I L-O-V-E Raw Honey!

3. Maple Syrup!  I could drink it straight from the jug!

Almond Butter! I have fallen in LOVE with Barney Butter! All varies are amazing but my favorites are Bare and Smooth (with salt)

Peanut Butter of all varieties! My favorite is Trader Joe’s creamy salted peanut butter (with the orange label) followed by the Kirkland Organic Creamy Peanut Butter (found at Costco). Both of which you can’t buy online!  But I also love these! I use peanut butter in just about everything.

Coconut Flour is one of my absolute favorite gluten-free flours! I use it in this recipe and in these!

Almond Flour! I use Honeyville almond flour in most of my baked goods! You can find it for a slightly lower price at Costco (if your store carries it)! Check out these recipes that use almond flour!

Gluten-free Oats are another pantry staple! I use both quick-cooking and old-fashioned in many baked goods! I grind old-fashioned oats into flour to use in gluten-free baking! You can use them in these, this, and to make these!

Mini Chocolate Chips! For allergy/friendly and paleo baking I use Enjoy Life! For regular baking I use Ghirardelli!
