Here are a few food items you will always find in my pantry! This list includes things I use for baking and smoothie making!
Peanut Butter. If you’ve been around this blog for more than 0.1 seconds then you know I use my fair share of peanut butter.
Almond Butter! Essential in paleo baking!
Almond Flour! I use almond flour in SO many of my baked goods!
Gluten-free Oats. I use both quick-cooking and old-fashioned in many baked goods! I grind old-fashioned oats into flour to use in gluten-free baking! You can use them in these, this, and to make these!
Vanilla Bean Grass-Fed Ghee. If you enjoy bulletproof coffee but can’t eat dairy, this is worth its weight in gold. It makes the best cup of coffee ever in the history of the world. So smooth and creamy with a touch of vanilla flavor! The perfect treat!
My three favorite unrefined sweeteners are:
1. Coconut Sugar ! I love the taste and texture of it!
2. Honey! No need to explain this one! I L-O-V-E Raw Honey!
3. Maple Syrup! I could drink it straight from the jug!
Protein Powder. I always have chocolate and vanilla protein powder on hand. Orgain is my favorite plant-based, organic powder. It’s made with amazing ingredients and is an excellent price! A great addition to these breakfast bars too!
